All vehicle rentals in Warrington are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement given upon booking confirmation or vehicle pickup. This document outlines specific terms, conditions, insurance information, applicable charges, and your obligations related to the rental. Should there be any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Requirements for Vehicle Rental

Booking and Payment Options
- Reservations can be completed via our website, by phone, or directly at our Warrington office. A deposit may be needed to confirm your booking. The remaining balance, along with a security deposit, is generally payable upon vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include applicable VAT. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or other dangerous pursuits. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Additionally, the vehicle should not be used for purposes it was not designed for, nor should it exceed passenger or weight limits. Driving outside the designated geographical boundaries requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Warrington is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the past 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
